When Teachers Go For Bowling

The Teachers and Staffs Club (MGS) had organized a bowling tournament yesterday, 20th March 2014, at the Mesra Mall U-Bowl Bowling Alley. Unfortunately, the staffs couldn't join us because of their working hours and some of the teachers couldn't make it either due to certain reasons.

Despite of it, the tournament went on as planned and it was a great success for the MGS. The teachers really had great time and ended up in stitches. My respect goes to our Principal, Tn. Hj. Azilah bin Ahmad, as he also tried his hands in bowling.

Eventually, it came down to the prize giving ceremony which was held there. The male category was won by Ustaz Zolkifli (1st place), Cikgu Jamal (2nd place) and Cikgu Arafian (3rd place). The female category was won by Cikgu Azlila (1st place), Cikgu Nora ( 2nd place and it was her first bowling experience, with just a baju kurung!!! ) and also Cikgu Norlia (3rd place). The Drain Champion title was awarded to Cikgu Aishah. Her drain bowling skill was mind-blowing :)

Kudos to MGS for their effort in organizing this heart-warming bowling tournament. I am really looking forward for the MGS next activity.

2 Aman Presentations on Problems in Kemaman Town

Last week, 2 Aman students were struggling in completing the task that I had bestowed upon them. They had to figure out the problems occurred around Kemaman town and had also to figure out the cause and the best possible solutions to overcome these problems.

At first, they were quite confused about the task and not sure what to do but eventually they gained their understanding. They have good team work spirit and I could see that everybody was doing their part in completing the task.

I'm really proud of the outcome of their presentations. 2 Aman students have matured a lot in term of presentations. Look at how wonderful their presentation sheets are...

PTA Annual Meeting

On 13th March 2014, our school had organized a PTA meeting between teachers and parents. There were also a prize giving ceremony to our teachers, students and parents. The meeting was officiated by Tuan Haji Roshali bin Taha, the Director Terengganu APMT. Some of our SMK Bukit Kuang students also were involved in helping the teachers and making sure that the event went on smoothly.

After a tiring evening, my 1 Aman children still giving their best pose for the camera. Thank you for all the hard work and cooperation in decorating the class. Hope we can create a good environment for our learning experience.
